To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The parcel must also be in its original packaging.

Returns are available if you are unhappy with your purchase. Please note that some items such as personalised products or clearance sale items may be non-returnable.

Shipping costs for returns will generally be paid by you, unless the product arrives damaged or faulty.

It depends on the manufacturer and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customisation options there.

It also depends on what the customer wants for their gift. For example, we can engrave a variety of items including pens, photo frames, keyrings, jewellery, glassware, trophies, plaques, watches, cufflinks, wallets, wooden letters, leather goods, phone cases, and more. If the item can be engraved, we can do it in-house to make your gift truly special.
