2. How quickly do you dispatch my order? 
We aim to dispatch all orders within 72 hours. At busy times dispatch times may be longer. Please allow 7 working days if the item has not arrived, please contact us immediately. In addition, if the item does not arrive on time a refund will be given.

3. Can I track my order? 
Some items can be tracked and a tracking number will be provided. 
In addition, if the item does not contain a tracking number you will receive a notification when your order is dispatched.

4. How do I know when my order is dispatched?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it must also be in the original packaging. Return is only available if the item is broken.
