1. I have just bought this, have plugged it in and taken the battery cover off but nothings happening.. No screen display or anything? / Does anyone know how to keep the light on it keeps going off? / Why did all my settings disappear after i unplugged the clock ?
- This Alarm clock should always be connected to the USB, the battery is only a memory function
And alarm clock has a memory function, after closing, no need to reset. (But after you receive the product, you need to remove the battery insulation sheet)
2. Why does is my Battery icon flashing all the time?
- This is because the battery insulation sheet is not pulled out
3. I’ve set the sleep / wake time but it is not working? The instructions say turn on sleep trainer but I cannot find how / where to do this?
- Please Short press the SLEEP/WAKE button
4. Does anyone know how to change the temperature to c' rather than the f' default?
- Please Long press "SLEEP/WAKE" button
5. Is there somewhere I can download the user manual? Had a power cut and now we can’t reset the sleep mode to turn green when time to wake.
